Built for owners who’d rather be on the job

Always On Fast Response No Apps to Learn Private & Secure

You didn’t start a business to sit behind a desk

The average tradesperson spends 14 hours a week on admin instead of billable work. That’s you answering phones, chasing invoices, and booking jobs when you should be on one.

Sound familiar?

  • Leads calling while you’re on a roof or under a sink
  • Playing phone tag just to book a single appointment
  • Forgetting to ask happy customers for reviews
  • Doing invoices and follow-ups at the kitchen table after dinner

With Aiko

  • Every lead gets a response within 2 minutes, even at midnight
  • Customers book themselves on your calendar, 24/7
  • Review requests go out after every job, automatically
  • You stop working at the kitchen table after dinner

Everything a good office manager does, without the salary

Here’s what your business looks like with Aiko running the front office.

More leads won

When a lead comes in from your website, a missed call, or an after-hours message, Aiko responds in under 2 minutes. The first business to respond wins 78% of jobs.

A full calendar

Customers pick a time on your calendar without calling you. When someone cancels, Aiko fills the slot from your waitlist before your truck rolls.

More 5-star reviews

After every completed job, Aiko sends a timed review request. You get better Google rankings and more inbound calls without having to remember to ask.

Customers who come back

Past customers get seasonal reminders and check-ins so they think of you when they need work done again. Not the other guy.

Fast, professional replies

Whether it’s a text, an email, or a form on your website, every customer gets a reply in minutes. Confirmations, follow-ups, and answers, all handled for you.

24/7 availability

Leads come in on nights, weekends, and holidays. Aiko answers them, books appointments, and gives you a morning briefing so you know exactly what happened while you were off.

Common questions

What kind of businesses use Aiko?

Plumbers, HVAC techs, roofers, landscapers, cleaners, electricians, painters, and similar trades. If you have 2-20 employees and spend too much time on the phone and behind a desk, Aiko is built for you.

Will my customers know they’re talking to AI?

Aiko uses your business name and writes like a real person on your team. Most customers just want a fast, helpful response. They care about getting their question answered, not who typed it.

How is this different from a chatbot or ChatGPT?

Chatbots answer questions. Aiko does work. It responds to leads, books appointments on your calendar, sends review requests, follows up with past customers, and handles after-hours inquiries. Think of it as hiring an employee, not installing software.

Is my customer data safe?

Yes. Your business gets its own dedicated, isolated instance. Your data is encrypted, never shared with other businesses, and never used to train AI models. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.

Do I need to be tech-savvy to use this?

Not at all. If you can send a text message, you can use Aiko. We handle all the setup. You get a simple dashboard to see what’s happening, but Aiko runs on its own once it’s live.

Why not just hire a VA or answering service?

An answering service runs $100–200/month and all they do is pick up the phone. A virtual assistant costs $400–1,500/month but you still have to train them, manage them, and they only work set hours. A part-time office hire is $2,400+ a month. Aiko does the work of all three, around the clock, and you never have to manage it.

How do I get access?

Aiko is in private beta right now. If you want access, email [email protected] with a quick note about your business, team size, and the customer communication problems you want to solve.

What if Aiko sends a wrong message to a customer?

Aiko follows the playbooks you set up. It doesn’t freestyle. You control what gets said and when. Every conversation is logged on your dashboard so you can review anything. If a customer asks something outside the norm, Aiko escalates it to you instead of guessing.

What happens after I reach out?

We review requests manually and invite a small number of businesses at a time. If there’s a fit, we’ll follow up with next steps and setup details directly.

I already use Jobber / ServiceTitan / Housecall Pro. Does Aiko replace those?

No, and it doesn’t need to. Keep using your CRM for job tracking and invoicing. Aiko handles the customer-facing work those tools don’t do well: instant lead response, missed-call text-back, review requests, after-hours coverage, and follow-up campaigns.

What if a customer wants to talk to a real person?

Aiko hands off the conversation to you with the full thread attached. You see exactly what was discussed and can pick up where Aiko left off. It knows when something needs a human touch, like complaints, complex quotes, or anything unusual.

How fast will I see results?

Most businesses get their first lead captured within the first week. Review requests start going out as soon as you complete your first job. Within a month, you’ll notice faster response times pulling in more leads, more reviews showing up on Google, and fewer customers slipping away.
